Our Story

Founded in 2002, XtremeEDA is a preferred North-American provider of front-end design and verification services for the semiconductor industry.  Our team is unparalleled – with employees averaging 20+ years of semiconductor industry experience and expertise that spans most major sectors.

Our business approach emphasizes enduring and transformational relationships to employ creative solutions that enable extraordinary results for all stakeholders!

Our Culture

Why XtremeEDA?

Stakeholder Value vs. Shareholder Value

XtremeEDA stakeholders include:  our employees, our clients, our shareholders, our partners, and our communities (industry, regional, global, etc.).  Our emphasis on creating stakeholder value is what motivates creative solutions that enable all stakeholders!

Transformational vs. Transactional Relationships

We endeavor to build relationships based on mutual respect and trust.  This long-term emphasis leverages and enhances our evolving relationships to create repeated and lasting value for all stakeholders.

Empowerment vs. Exploitation

Empowered stakeholders are better able to engage their curiosity, ignite their passions, and unleash their creativity to realize solutions that are otherwise unattainable.  Empowerment is fostered by open & regular communication, information transparency, and the sharing — or delegation — of responsibility.

Excellence in Engineering & Professional Services

Our quality focus is reflected in the breadth and depth of technical competency of our engineers, as well as the processes and practices we employ internally and with our stakeholders for continuous learning and growth.

We actively seek opportunities for our engineers that enable their hands-on learning and/or hands-on application of formal training to enrich those growth experiences.

In addition to our project management competency, we identify and employ pivotal feedback paths with clients, partners, and vendors to help with early identification of potential issues or inefficiencies.

Our Leadership
